Privacy Policy

Ferrid is a trade name of Luminid SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit ferrid.com, respond to one of our ads, or contact us, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email us at the address at the bottom and we will answer plainly.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in one of our LinkedIn lead forms we receive the details you submit, which are your name, your work email, your company, your job title, and your answer to the qualifying question on the form. When you book a call we receive the name, email, and any note you enter on the booking. When you email us we keep that message and your address so we can reply.

Information collected automatically. Like most sites, ferrid.com uses a small number of measurement tags. These may set cookies and record your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view. We use:

• ▹Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate and does not build a profile of you.
• ▹The Google Ads tag, which measures whether an ad led to a booking so we do not waste ad spend.
• ▹The LinkedIn Insight Tag, which measures ad performance and lets us show follow-up ads to people who have visited the site.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, to talk with you about placing a closer in your business, and to measure and improve the ads that brought you here. We do not use it for anything unrelated to that.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that make the business run, and only so they can do their job for us. Those are Google for advertising and the booking calendar, LinkedIn for advertising, and Vercel for hosting the site and its analytics. Each has its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Where it is processed

Luminid SRL operates from Costa Rica, and our providers process data in the United States and other countries. By using the site or contacting us you understand your information may be handled in those places.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send us for as long as we are in contact about working together, and after that only as long as we have a genuine reason to. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can control ad tracking and personalization in your LinkedIn settings and your Google Ads settings, and you can block cookies in your browser. To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email us and we will take care of it.
